Very informative,  did buisness with another septic company and i was feeling a little off about the job they did, they were rude offensive and left me with no answers. Excellent customer service from start to finish! The technician kept us updated every step of the way; before arriving, when he got here, and throughout the inspection. He was honest about what he found, took the time to explain everything, and provided a fair estimate without any pressure. His professionalism and transparency gave us the confidence to move forward with the service. Septic tank was backing up, so I called the service I've used in the past. They said they had nothing available until Monday (this was Thursday). Who can wait 5 days with backed up toilets?? Called Lakeland Septic at noon and they were at my house at 2pm. Thirty minutes and he was done! AND...their fee was much more reasonable. Lakeland Septic is absolutely fantastic,  and I'll be using them in the future. I'm recommending them to everyone I know as well. Thank you Lakeland Septic for outstanding service. You turned a bad day into a great day. Who says miracles don't happen?
